I am Gary, I am a corporate professional with background in Training and Quality, Human Resources and Organization Development.

I took a break from the corporate world to rekindle my passion for life.

In order to rediscover myself, I went back to doing things that spark joy like cooking, going to the beach and yoga.

In my spare time I co-produce, along with my friends, a podcast called BPONIGHTLIVE, where we discuss BPO life in the Philippines, we are available in Spotify, Apple and Google Podcast.
